الحوكمة والشفافية بمعهد الدراسات الاجتماعية والإعلامية
يلتزم معهد الدراسات الاجتماعية والإعلامية بالدار البيضاء بأعلى معايير الحوكمة الرشيدة والشفافية الإدارية والمالية في تسيير مشاريعه البحثية والعلمية. ويسهر على إدارة المعهد مكتب تنفيذي منتخب يضم كفاءات ونخباً أكاديمية مغربية متخصصة في مجالات العلوم الاجتماعية، القانون، والاقتصاد.
أعضاء المكتب التنفيذي (مجلس الإدارة)
بناءً على مخرجات الجمع العام العادي للمعهد المنعقد في 12 نوفمبر 2024، يتكون الهيكل الإداري الحالي للمعهد من السيدات والسادة:
- د. يونس بنان (رئيس المعهد) – أستاذ باحث ومتخصص في الفكر التنموي وإدارة المشاريع.
- د. عبد الرزاق البياز (نائب رئيس المعهد المكلف بالشؤون القانونية) – أستاذ جامعي باحث ومتخصص في العلوم القانونية.
- د. محمد النضر (الكاتب العام للمعهد) – أستاذ جامعي وباحث أكاديمي في العلوم القانونية.
- د. سناء حواتا (أمينة مال المعهد) – أستاذة جامعية وباحثة في العلوم الاقتصادية والتدبير.
- السيدة سعيدة هرشيا (مستشارة مكلفة بالشؤون الإدارية).
الوضعية القانونية ومدة الولاية
يشتغل المعهد في إطار الامتثال التام للقوانين الوطنية المغربية المنظمة للجمعيات ومراكز الأبحاث. وبموجب وصل الإيداع النهائي الصادر عن السلطات المحلية المختصة (وزارة الداخلية – عمالة مقاطعات الدار البيضاء أنفا)، فإن الولاية القانونية الحالية للمكتب التنفيذي ممتدة وصالحة إلى غاية يونيو 2027.
الاستقلالية المالية والشفافية
تأكيداً على استقلاليته الأكاديمية والعملية، يحرص المعهد على تمويل أنشطته ومجلاته العلمية المحكمة (مجلة القانون والمجتمع ومجلة الاقتصاد والمجتمع) بشكل ذاتي ومستقل، معتمداً بالأساس على المساهمات الخاصة لأعضاء مكتبه وعلى العمل الفكري والتطوعي لشبكة باحثيه ومنتسبيه، دون الاعتماد على أي منح توجيهية.
Gouvernance et Transparence au sein de l’Institut d’Études Sociales et Médiatiques
Le Social and Media Studies Institute (SMS Institute) attache une importance primordiale aux principes de bonne gouvernance, de transparence administrative et d’éthique académique. L’institut est administré par un Bureau Exécutif (Conseil d’Administration) composé d’universitaires et d’experts marocains engagés dans le développement de la recherche scientifique.

Conformément au Procès-Verbal de l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire du 12 novembre 2024, le Bureau Exécutif est structuré comme suit :
Dr. Younes Bennane : Président de l’Institut.
Dr. Abderrazak Biyaz : Vice-président chargé des Affaires Juridiques.
Dr. Mohamed Ennadre : Secrétaire Général.
Dr. Sanaa Haouata : Trésorière de l’Institut.
Mme. Saida Hourchai : Conseillère administrative.
Cadre Juridique et Mandat
L’Institut exerce ses activités en parfaite conformité avec la législation marocaine régissant les associations et les centres de recherche. Tel qu’attesté par le Récépissé Définitif de Dépôt délivré par les autorités locales (Préfecture des Arrondissements de Casablanca Anfa – Ministère de l’Intérieur), le mandat légal de l’actuel Conseil d’Administration est pleinement actif et court jusqu’en juin 2027.
Indépendance Financière
Gage de sa rigueur et de son indépendance intellectuelle, l’Institut assure le financement de ses structures, de ses plateformes de formation et de ses revues scientifiques à comité de lecture (Droit & Société et Économie & Société) grâce aux contributions propres de ses membres fondateurs et au travail bénévole de son réseau de chercheurs affiliés.
Governance and Transparency at the Social and Media Studies Institute
The Social and Media Studies Institute (SMS Institute) strictly adheres to the highest standards of good governance, administrative transparency, and academic ethics. The institute is independently administered by an elected Executive Board (Board of Directors) comprising Moroccan scholars, academics, and experts dedicated to advancing research in the fields of social sciences, law, and economics.

Pursuant to the Minutes (PV) of the Ordinary General Assembly held on November 12, 2024, the Executive Board was legally elected with the following members:
Dr. Younes Bennane – President of the Institute (Researcher in Developmental Management and Project Administration).
Dr. Abderrazak Biyaz – Vice-President in charge of Legal Affairs (Academic and Researcher in Legal Sciences).
Dr. Mohamed Ennadre – Secretary General (University Professor and Academic Researcher).
Dr. Sanaa Haouata – Treasurer of the Institute (University Professor and Researcher in Economic Sciences and Management).
Ms. Saida Hourcha – Administrative Advisor.
Legal Framework and Mandate
The Institute operates in full compliance with the national legislation of the Kingdom of Morocco governing non-governmental organizations and research centers. As certified by the Definitive Receipt of Filing issued by the local authorities (Prefecture of Casablanca Anfa – Ministry of Interior), the legal mandate of the current governing board is active and valid until June 2027.
Financial Independence
As a guarantee of its intellectual rigor and academic objectivity, the Institute ensures complete self-funding for all its operations, training platforms, and peer-reviewed scientific journals (Droit & Société and Économie & Société). The institute relies solely on the personal contributions of its founding board members and the voluntary intellectual labor of its network of affiliated researchers, without depending on any guiding external grants.
